It has come to an end...
Sadly, I was away from the screen when it happened... She had ONE more promotion in Secret Agent...however, I don't think she ever made it. She did suceed at everything else though.
So Elaine is the heir officially now. She had debated about kicking Pheobe (her mother's wife) whom she herself despises, out on the streets upon her mum's passing. However, a reminder from her own loving husband Charles that Pheobe DOES bring in quite a bit of simoleons in in book royalties had Elaine thinking differently.
Pheobe doesn't have much longer to live anyhow (so Charles and Elaine both feel) and Elaine and her family can soon grow and multiply.
